I am a qualified counsellor working with adults in central Bath. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I am registered with BACP and work within their framework. My training in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling means that as well as working in the moment, I make use of theories that link our present day life with our past experiences. I have worked at BCPC for their Low Cost Service as well as at We Hear You in Frome.

Connection is important to me and I view counselling as a collaborative process with the client's welfare at the centre of the work. My initial consultation is a free 15 minute phone call during which we can get a sense of each other and talk about your reasons for seeking counselling and what you'd like to gain from it. I offer both short and long term counselling in a safe and private space where we can explore any difficult feelings together.
