Finding a therapist

We can help you identify an appropriate Counsellor or Psychotherapist to best fit your needs or you might prefer to find a therapist yourself.

How can therapy help?

Enter your location in the box above to find a counsellor or psychotherapist near you, or type "online", "Zoom" or "Skype" for therapists offering remote sessions. If you know the name of the therapist you're looking for, you can enter it in the search box to bring up their details.

If you would like our help in finding a therapist, simply click the Referral Service Registration Form button below, complete the form and we'll help match you with a suitable therapist.

If your need for support is urgent, please contact an NHS urgent mental health helpline in your area. These helplines are open 24 hours a day and you can speak to a mental health professional who can help decide the best course of care.

Alternatively, the Samaritans provides emotional support to anyone in emotional distress or struggling to cope. They provide confidential support 24 hours a day by telephone.
