I can use a combination of approaches, such as psychotherapy, body psychotherapy, working with the transference; mindfulness and hypnotherapy. I aim to create a warm, compassionate space for our work, where you will be understood and accepted.
I have been a practising psychotherapist since 2007. In that time I have helped many clients to face and overcome a wide range of emotional issues, particularly to do with relationships. These include:
As well as being a psychotherapist, I am also a qualified clinical hypnotherapist. When it is appropriate, I use hypnotherapy to help clients during our sessions.
I have completed body psychotherapy training and mindfulness training.
I specialise in relational psychotherapy.
I trained with the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
