INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY and COUPLE THERAPY - in person 

I work with individuals and couples and small family groups experiencing personal and relationship difficulties.

I bring compassion, honesty and creativity to the psychotherapy process, and facilitate a deep exploration of your inner world, your patterns of relating to yourself and others.

You can bring difficulties that feel deep and painful or we can talk and think about issues that relate to more recent events. I aim always to work with integrity and at a pace that feels right for you. 

I see individuals, couples and small family groups in my Bath Psychotherapy practice. I’m also a Foundation tutor at BCPC

Over recent years I have worked at a GP's surgery and co-facilitated a therapeutic group on an eating disorders unit.
 

Prior to my Psychotherapy MA training, I worked as a Drama Therapist in a variety of mental health settings including working with those struggling with their food and body image on an Eating Disorders Unit and with people coping with feelings of distress, depression, anxiety and loss at The Roehampton Priory in South London.
