About Me
I offer low-cost weekly psychotherapy for adults in central Bristol who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or unsure where to begin.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting. I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly and feel met with care, curiosity, and respect.
My Approach
My approach is not about “fixing." It is about helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be shaping your life.
We can work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
My Background
Alongside my training, I have worked in television, film & TV wellbeing, and student wellbeing support.
This informs my understanding of pressure, uncertainty, identity, relationships, and life transitions, as well as the emotional impact of demanding environments.
***Current availability: weekly face-to-face sessions at 4:30pm and 5:30pm at Vessel Therapy Rooms, Park Street***
