I’m Eden, a psychotherapist in training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I believe in the transformative power of psychotherapy to deepen our understanding of ourselves, improve the quality of our relationships, and bring greater clarity and meaning to our lives.
My approach is humanistic and integrative, grounded in the person-centred philosophy developed by Carl Rogers, alongside insights from attachment theory and psychoanalytic thought about how our past experiences shape who we are today.
In our sessions, I aim to offer a safe and reflective space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your past, and connect with your own inner resources for growth and change.
Alongside my psychotherapy work, I am also an artist and musician, and I’ve previously worked in hospitals using the arts to support patients in their recovery journeys. I have also worked at The Swan Project in Bristol, offering therapy to people navigating addiction and recovery.
I offer low-cost psychotherapy for adults at The Practice Rooms in Westbury-on-Trym. Sessions are one-to-one, in person, and can be short-term or open-ended.
My Fee: £30 per session.
I have particular experience working with addiction, ADHD, autism, psychosomatic illness, and people going through periods of change or transition.
If you’d like to find out more, I’m happy to offer a brief call to answer any questions and see if we might work well together.
