You may be suffering from depression or anxiety or finding it hard to deal with the loss of a loved one. You may be feeling confused or stressed and simply want someone to talk to outside of family and friends.
Whatever is troubling you, getting in touch will offer you the opportunity to decide whether counselling could help.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you may freely discuss the difficulties in your life. I do not make decisions for you but am keen to work collaboratively with you to explore the best way for you to move forward.
I offer qualities of warmth and compassion and have experience of working across a wide range of client issues. Work experience includes running a private practice since 2011, working in a general counselling agency and as a Trainer on the Counselling Diploma course at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and as a befriender for The Lullaby Trust.
I am a fully accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
