Individual Low Cost Psychotherapy in Central Bath.

I am a Psychotherapist in training, offering individual facr to face talk-therapy in central Bath. I offer friendly, affordable and open-ended therapy, working in a warm and collaborative way. 

There may be many different reasons why you might decide to come to therapy. You might be struggling with something difficult in the here and now, such as the loss of a loved one, or the breakdown of a relationship. Or perhaps you’re aware of vague, underlying feelings of sadness, anxiety or anger. Whether you know what the problem is, or even if you don’t, therapy can help. It’s an opportunity to explore yourself; to examine feelings, thoughts and motivations and gain understanding - the first step towards navigating a different, happier course.

I provide a non-judgmental, confidential space for you to share and address any difficulties you are experiencing, working at your own pace, helping you to feel supported, valued and heard. I work with a wide range of issues and welcome all clients. 

My sessions are 50 minutes long and my current fee is £40. I see clients on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday day-times near Green Park Station, central Bath. The room is light and airy, and is well-located for free parking or public transport, although a flight of stairs within the building must be taken.
