Together we can explore what is going on in your life, relationships, patterns of behaviour and begin to shed light on matters.
Through our sessions I aim to help you unpick issues you are facing now, as well as exploring the deeper roots behind your concerns, that may be embedded in your past. I will help you to gain greater insight into your life, enabling you to answer the questions running around your head.

I also have experience of supporting clients stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking such as catastrophising, comparison, self-criticism and shame.
I am an integrative therapist and use an number of practical appraoches to help you find peace and undestanding. My basic approach is person centred, psychodynamic but I also draw on mindful self compassion and psycho-educational tools.
I offer individual counselling to adults (18+) in the Bristol area. I work face-to-face and online, and offer both short and long-term therapy.
My fee is £50 per 50-minute session. I offer some concessions to students/unwaged.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and work within their ethical framework.
I have undertaken additional brief trainings in Mindful Self Compassion, Motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Committment Therapy.
