One to one, face to face, counselling in Bristol.

Hello!  I’m Emily, I’m a Humanist and Integrative Counsellor in training.  To me, this means finding the way of working that is most helpful to you right now, building the trusting relationship between us in which you can bring your whole self, your struggles and pains.  I enjoy working creatively and without judgement to understand what it is like to be uniquely you.  We might talk about your life experiences and relationships now and in the past, including from childhood.  We might talk about your dreams, and your hopes for the future.  We will work together to find what you need.

I aim to work inclusively and accessibly, I have over 20 years’ experience of working with diverse people of all ages in a variety of community contexts, particularly formal and informal education.  I provided counselling at Bristol Mind for 3 years.

I am pleased to be offering a low-cost service.  Our initial conversation and each therapy session will be 50 minutes at £50 per session.  I hold a number of low-cost places - please ask me about this.
