Relational Psychotherapy
I have been working with individuals in private practice since 2009, from a wood cabin, five minutes walk from Stroud town centre.
My background is in Fine Art, and I view therapy as both a relational and a creative process. My aim is to offer a supportive and confidential space in which a person can explore and reflect on their emotional life. My commitment is to bring my wholehearted intention to listen and respond authentically, without judgement and with empathic understanding.

I am qualified with an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy in February 2016 and am registered with UKCP.
As well as my private practice I am also currently working as part of the therapy team at the Gloucester Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers project (www.garas.org.uk).
