Cas Bourne-Jones Psychotherapy
I offer private psychotherapy for individuals and couples looking for support within their relationships and from the stresses of daily life. I believe that finding trust and dialogue in the therapeutic relationship offers an opportunity for creativity and healing.
People explore therapy for many different reasons, which are unique to the individual or couple. Therapy can help in rebuilding new pathways to knowing oneself and in our relationships with others. I am offering an empathic listening space for you to be heard, my presence on a safe and trusting journey and my commitment to issues around connection, Self and identity.
Coming from a humanistic and integrative perspective enables me to work with you in offering a compassionate and reflective therapy. Together, we will begin to explore your patterns of relating and coping mechanisms that no longer benefit your everyday lifestyle, perhaps leaving you with a sense of feeling ‘stuck’ or in distress?
We may -
Psychotherapy can be long term and open ended or time limited - this is a personal decision and we can work together on deciding what best suits your needs. At present, I run my private practice at The Lansdown Clinic in the centre of Bath and am able to offer psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment.
Please feel free to contact me for an initial session to see if this is something that you may like to explore. I look forward to hearing from you.
