Most of our emotional wounds stem from difficult relationships with others and I believe they can be most effectively healed within the supportive environment of empathy, attunement and deep interest in you as a person. Hence I put at the core of my approach building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that can foster healing, growth, learning and development.
