I offer face to face and online counselling in Bristol.
I’m a trainee counsellor offering a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. I have experience working with university students, as well as professional adults facing challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, explore your thoughts and emotions, and work towards the changes that feel right for you. Together, we can explore your attachment style, how it shows up in your relationships, and how to set and maintain boundaries that feel right for you.
I offer sessions at £20-£25, available online for flexibility and convenience, as well as in-person in Bristol. We will have a 15 minute phone call to discuss your therapy needs and then to arrange a 50 minute meeting weekly either face-to-face or online.
Therapy is a space just for you- somewhere to feel heard, understood, and supported. If you’d like to have a chat about working together, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m a member of the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP) and currently in my second year of training, studying for an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling. To build up my practice I am offering low-cost counselling. I have been training since September 2023 and have been practicing counselling within a low-cost counselling charity in the heart of Bristol.
