I'm Caroline, a psychotherapist in training. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I'd be warmly interested to hear from you. In terms of how I work, I aim to offer a wholehearted, present-moment meeting between us, alongside being a consistent and caring presence over time. A bit more information:
- I combine expressive responsiveness with a sensitive attunement to your feelings and experiences.
- I’m naturally interested in people, and will be keen to hear what you bring.
- Using my emotional understanding and attention to the body, I will work with you towards greater self-awareness and new emotional experiences within the therapeutic relationship.
- Through this process, change can happen not only at the level of insight, but also at a deeper, felt level.
