I am a UKCP trainee Psychotherapist at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I aim to offer a confidential, grounding space for you to cover whatever has brought you to therapy, at your own pace. Therapy is a place where individuals can potentially explore their feelings, make sense of their relationships, or simply have a space to feel seen and heard.
My approach is to try and create a curious & down-to-earth space that feels supportive and trusting enough to explore difficult thoughts, complex feelings, and any life experiences that have led to this moment. In our initial meeting, we can start to navigate through this together and decide if we are a right fit for one another. I welcome anyone who is in need of a listening ear into my practice, as I believe we all, at different times benefit from a shared space where we can speak freely and have the chance to move forward.
I am training in Humanistic & Integrative psychotherapy which means I believe in you being your unique Self and the expert on your own story. My role is to be alongside you as you reflect on your experiences, with the aim of supporting greater self-understanding and trust in yourself.
I currently offer low-cost therapy at a rate of £25 per 50 minute session and work at The Practice Rooms on both North Street and Queens Square in Bristol. Please do get in touch if you would like to discuss further or book an initial session.
*please note: I am currently only working with adults aged 18+
