Hello, my name is Agnieszka [pronounced Ag-nea-ska].

I am a qualified BACP registered Counsellor offering counselling to adults from the centre of Bath and Bristol.

We live in a complex and fast changing world. Many different types of experiences can be difficult to cope with. We might find that most of the time we can manage these situations, but sometimes are stopped in our tracks by an event or situation that we do not, at that moment, have the resources to manage.

Though there might be the option of approaching family members or friends for help, we might feel embarrassed or ashamed to tell them what is bothering us. Counselling can be a really useful option in these moments.

My goal is to use therapy to help others find what they need to live a more fulfilling life and reconnect with Self and others. I practice a humanistic and integrated approach to therapy, which means I draw on a variety of approaches, these include Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy and Mindfulness.

I offer counselling for both short and long-term, in English or Polish.

I have experience of working across a range of client presentations including anxiety, depression, loss, difficulty with relationships, anger, low self-esteem. I have a particular interest in working with people affected by relational trauma.

My fees are:

Initial session (in person/online)- £25 (30 minutes);

Counselling face to face - £45 (50 minutes);

Counselling online - £40 (50 minutes).

I work according to BACP's ethical principles and standards of practice and am fully insured.

My work is overseen by a qualified and registered supervisor.
