I offer short or long-term Humanistic and Integrative counselling to adults and young people online or in Clifton village. I also offer Creative Clinical Supervision to trainee Play Therapists and qualified Therapists from any modality

I work collaboratively with you to create a safe, supportive space to explore any difficulties in your life. We discover together what might be holding you back, look at alternative perspectives and move towards acceptance and self-compassion.

My experience as a counsellor is at two low-cost services in Bristol - working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, neglect and shame. I also have a Counselling private practice established in 2019 and I'm an Accredited Play Therapist working with children and parents for over ten years.

The first step is to decide that you want something to change. The second step is choosing someone to help you on that journey. Finding someone who you work well with is an incredibly important factor in the success of any therapy.
