“I support you in making sense of your struggles and discovering new ways to feel more at ease with yourself and others.”
I am a humanistic therapist based in Bath, and I work in a present, engaged, and supportive way. My approach is to stay genuinely curious about you and your process, asking questions that help us explore together what truly matters for you.
In therapy, you may at times feel gently challenged, deeply supported, and fully heard. I believe in working in the here and now, paying attention to what arises between us. Building a therapeutic relationship takes time, and there is no need to hurry. Trust grows gradually, and it will naturally shape the work we do together.
I hold the belief that everyone deserves to be listened to and understood. Sadly, many of us have had experiences—whether in families, relationships, or circumstances—that have not allowed this to happen. Therapy can provide a vital space where your voice is valued, and where you can begin to feel more at ease with yourself.
You are warmly welcome to arrange an introductory session, to see whether therapy feels right for you.
