Counselling in Bristol and online for people experiencing a range of issues. I completed my BCPC training with merit, have worked in placements at an addiction clinic and the Wellbeing Service at UWE and I have 400+ hours of experience.
My experience includes (but is not limited to) stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, long-term illness and self-esteem. I have worked in both time-limited therapy and long-term work and I am happy to provide either for you.
I have been described as a direct and holding therapist who has a strength for containing what is shared and really allowing clients to feel heard.
Choosing a therapist can be a big decision, so I offer a free 10-15 minute Zoom video call or phone call that allows you to ask me any questions you may have about me, my work, or about counselling in general and what you can expect from sessions. It will also allow you an opportunity to gauge whether you feel we have a rapport and get a sense of whether you would like to continue with me.
