Whether this is your first time for seeking out therapy or if you have done this before, you have taken an important step.
Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, confusing and so difficult that it is necessary to take some time to work out what is happening. By seeking therapy this means you are not having to do this alone. It can be a space where you can be heard and understood and may help change a cycle of unhelpful behaviour or a sense of ‘stuckness’.
I work with a range of issues including; bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional and sexual abuse, relationships, identity and self esteem issues and many more. Equally, it may not be apparent what the problem is and simply being in dialogue can help shine a light on what it is like for you as a human, being in the world today.
I provide affordable, one to one, open ended psychotherapy for anyone over the age of 18 and work from a relaxed and confidential therapy space in The Practice Rooms in Central Bath. I will meet you compassionately within a safe setting for us to explore any difficult issues that may be troubling you in order to work towards some clarity and a more positive outlook.
We would have an initial session to meet each other in person and discuss all your reasons for seeking therapy. When a working therapeutic relationship is established we will agree to a weekly 50 min slot which currently costs £40.
