I offer a space where together we will try and make sense of what has brought you here. My style is relational in that I will engage with you and be curious in how our relating informs our work together, very much a collaborative approach, drawing on theory that is likely to be most effective.
I remember how difficult I felt talking about deeply personal things with someone I did not know initially.
As well as my private practise I work with local charities including a women's refuge and a busy counselling agency in central Bath. I am also a school counsellor currently working with children 8+
