I am a fully qualified psychotherapist. I have been working in private practice for almost 10 years. I am UKCP registered and work from the Practice Rooms and The Abbey Practice in central Bath, and from my home in Frome.

I understand that reaching out to a therapist can feel really daunting, so I welcome an introductory session during which we can both talk about how we may like to work together. 

Every person who seeks psychotherapy is unique and it is important that I work in a way that suits you and what you wish to bring. You may want to have the space and time to explore your issues and to be with someone who can understand how you feel. At other times you may need support through a particular crisis with a more focused approach. I am comfortable working in either of these ways. How we work together may continue to change and develop as we get to know each other better and form a mutual, trusting relationship.
 

As well as training as a psychotherapist, I have also worked as a counsellor, specialising in addiction and substance misuse. I have also volunteered for the Fertility Network and for Swan Advocacy, advocating for those with acute mental health issues. 

I work with  issues such as depression and anxiety, PTSD, disordered eating, mid-life transition, alcohol and substance misuse, fertility struggles, sexual and relationship issues, feelings of emptiness and isolation, transformation of trauma in later life.

I can currently offer sessions on a TuesdayWednesday in Frome and on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon/evening in Bath. 

My fee is currently offered at £60/50 minute session.
