As a fully qualified, humanistic integrative psychotherapist I draw on different theories to find what resonates and makes sense to you.

Through exploring  the people, environment and events you grew up with and the influences they had upon you, we can begin to understand how your personality, beliefs and patterns of behaviours developed. We will also notice your patterns now, what helps you and what no longer serves you. We will pay close attention to your life now, what is impacting you, how you are coping with what comes your way, what frustrates you and what enables you to feel stable, engaged, well.

People come to therapy for many different reasons - wanting to break free of difficult feelings, situations or relationships that keep repeating, wanting change, to find a new way forward. Psychotherapy offers a way to create change from the roots up, exploring yourself at depth to gain greater insight and awareness and to free yourself from patterns that no longer serve you well.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to facilitate your self-exploration, to find out what's going on for you and to develop new ways of taking care of yourself and to move forward.

I work from my own therapy room in the Combe Down area of Bath.
