I offer a safe, consistent space for individuals to explore their inner world at a pace that feels right for them. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can begin to make sense of hidden, often overwhelming experiences—giving them voice and meaning.

The journey can be gentle, challenging, surprising—and even joyful. I am a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with over seven years of postgraduate training, including a Master’s degree and a professional Diploma. My academic and clinical background spans a wide range of psychotherapeutic theories and approaches, providing a solid foundation for nuanced, client-centred work.
My practice is rooted in humanistic principles, which emphasise each individual’s innate potential and capacity for self-determination. While theory informs my approach, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is the most powerful agent for healing—an authentic, empathic connection where transformation can take place.
