My own experience of psychotherapy proved to be transformational and has led me to train as a psychotherapist. I deeply believe in the healing power of the safe and confidential space of psychotherapy and the therapeutic relationship. I am interested in your story, your pain, hopes, questions and anything that feels important to you. I am curious about your inner experience, your feelings, thoughts and body - both from the past and in the here-and-now. I think therapy is something we co-create rather than something I am doing to you. I know from my own experience that it can be a scary and painful but also liberating and highly rewarding process.

I work at The Practice Rooms (Stokes Croft and Queen Square) in Bristol on Monday and possibly Tuesday/Friday evenings.
My rate is currently £25 per 50 minutes.
