Low-cost therapy in Bristol
I currently have availibility for low-cost therapy sessions on Thursday mornings in East Bristol, Kingswood.
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist based in Bristol, offering a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space where you can feel safe and supported. I aim to create a relational environment where your experiences, thoughts, and feelings can be explored with care and curiosity. In our work together, what emerges between us becomes meaningful; your voice, perspective, and lived experience are central to the process.
I understand therapy as a collaborative process in which meaning develops through dialogue and shared exploration. I am interested in how our experiences are shaped through relationships and the contexts we live in. Together, we can gently explore the patterns, emotions, and ways of relating that you have developed over time, bringing awareness to how they continue to influence your life today.
Before beginning my formal training in psychotherapy, I worked in education. This sparked a deep interest in how early experiences and relationships shape our sense of self and the ways we connect with others. I believe that exploring formative relationships can open up new understanding and possibilities for change.
Alongside my training, I have volunteered as a trainee therapist at Mothers for Mothers in Bristol, supporting parents through emotional challenges and transitions.
Sessions take place face-to-face, usually on a weekly and longer-term basis, allowing space for the therapeutic relationship and process to develop over time.
If you would like to arrange an initial session, please feel free to get in touch via email
