If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly struggling, therapy can offer a space to pause and make sense of what’s going on. You may be navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, a painful life transition, or a sense that something isn’t quite right. I offer a supportive space where you can talk freely, feel listened to, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I believe there isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ therapy so I adapt and respond to your individual needs in each session. As a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist-in-training, I'm able to draw on a range of holistic approaches, which may include talking therapy, body awareness, imagery, or exploring relational and family history. We work together at a pace that feels right, finding ways to make sense of your experiences to create meaningful change.
Alongside my private practice, I’m currently a therapist at Bath Children’s and Family Centre. I have experience working across a range of issues including parenting struggles, birth trauma, identity issues, bereavement, and relationship problems.
You are welcome to book a session with no obligation to explore how I can help with any needs and concerns you have.
I work from Wood Street Psychotherapy Rooms, near Queen Square in central Bath. My practice room is on the third floor.
Weekly 50-minute sessions are £25. I offer both short- and long-term therapy. For more information see my website or to arrange an initial meeting, please contact me at lspeers.therapy@gmail.com
