Trainee Integrative Therapist practicing in Bristol
Why Therapy?
Life can feel complicated—especially during times of transition or after significant events. Sometimes the ways we've learned to cope no longer feel effective, leaving us stuck or disconnected. You might be carrying long-standing struggles that are hard to put into words, or simply wanting to reclaim your story and make sense of your experiences.
Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges. It can help you live more fully in the present, less constrained by the past. Together, we can gently examine old patterns—often formed for survival—and understand them within a relationship that prioritizes your being. This process can open up new possibilities for living.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about deepening your relationship with yourself, welcoming all parts of who you are, and nurturing your capacity for growth.
How Can I Help?
If you’re facing specific challenges, short-term counselling can help you gain clarity and develop new ways of experiencing. This might include understanding needs, feelings, or attachment patterns.
If you’re looking for deeper change, longer-term psychotherapy offers space to explore how you relate to yourself and others, and how these patterns connect to your past, present and future.
I welcome all aspects of your experience— dreams, spirituality, somatic experiencing, mindful movement—and work towards integration. I incorporate Buddhist and Psychotherapeutic principles in a collaborative and responsive way, adapting my approach to our therapeutic relationship.
I'm experienced in supporting people with addictions in harm reduction settings. I hold a degree in Psychology, and have interests in the complexities of narcissism and dysfunctional relating. These dynamics can be deeply painful and confusing, and I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space to explore them without judgment.
Beginning Therapy
Starting therapy can feel daunting, so we’ll begin gently—looking at what’s happening for you and how we might work together. You may have clear goals, or we might simply start where you are, allowing things to emerge at their own pace. Our work will evolve as you do, and I’ll adapt my approach to support your changing needs.
I believe life’s challenges can become opportunities for psychological and spiritual growth. Through the therapeutic relationship, I hope to walk alongside you in your transformation.
Because the relationship is key, I offer a free 50-minute consultation to see whether working together feels right for you.
I have availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with some flexibility.
