Therapy room in Chapel Row - Opportunity

I have a room at 3 Chapel Row which I have used for Psychotherapy sessions for the last 3 years. It is fully furnished and ready to use immediately. It is suitable for individuals and couples. It is also possible to sublet it so it could be a business opportunity as well as a space.

I am no longer using it but still paying rent and wondered if there is anyone in BCPC who would be interested in taking it over? It is a lovely room which I have used for a long time.

It is £640 per month.
