Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to talk to someone in confidence. The focus of the sessions may be to work through a particular crisis or problem. You may be feeling lost or stuck. The emphasis is on helping you to find your own answers, within a safe and accepting environment. Psychotherapy looks in-depth at those underlying patterns and how they are present in your current relationships.

My fee is £60 per session. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
I provide a safe and confidential space open to all. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients.
I completed my Psychotherapy training with the Bath Centre of Psychotherapy and Counselling and hold an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I am also registered with UKCP and a member of BAATN (The Black, African and Asian Therapists Network)
