I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist in training, I am in my sixth year of training at BCPC. I provide a person centred, integrative,  approach, tailored to each clients needs. I will work with you to talk, reflect and explore your life and the experiences you are going through. Looking at deeply ingrained patterns of relating and underlying issues and experiences, which may contribute to your present difficulties.

I believe in working collaboratively and building a sense of trust and safety between us. I enter into each therapeutic relationship with interest and care. I aim to offer help in addressing the difficult areas of your life in a non-judgemental space.

I offer low cost, individual, psychotherapy in Frome.
