Frome,
Affordable Psychotherapy in Frome.
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training, offering individual psychotherapy in Frome for over 18's. My approach is warm, relational, person centered and integrative, drawing from different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and experiences. I value collaboration and aim to build relationships grounded in trust, safety and genuine connection. Together we will talk through, reflect on and explore your life as it is now as well as the deeper patterns of relating, underlying issues and past experiences, which may be influencing your present difficulties. By bringing curiosity and compassion to these areas, we can begin to understand what feels difficult and create space for new ways of being.
I am in the final stages of my training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), where I am working towards a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I also hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from BCPC. I have more than five years’ clinical experience, including four years in private practice, a year-long placement with the BCPC Low-Cost Service and a year-long placement with We Hear You (WHY), a cancer counselling charity.
I believe you are the expert on your own experience and you have the capacity to move toward meaningful change. I will support you to gain new perspectives, a deeper insight and feel more connected with yourself. Beginning therapy can feel daunting but I aim to make the process clear, welcoming and supportive. If you have any questions please get in touch.
