About

Psychotherapy in Southville, Bristol

Further Information

There are many reasons you might begin Psychotherapy. Perhaps you are experiencing the physical or psychological effects of a traumatic childhood or needing to make sense of past experiences. Maybe you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or recurring issues in your relationships

I aim to provide a warm and curious environment to explore your experiences without judgement or unhelpful advice. I am a collaborative practitioner who welcomes feedback and the creation of shared goals over time.

I am a neurodiversity affirming  & trauma informed practitioner, and can work together with you to explore challenges you may have faced in this area. I work intersectionally which means I acknowledge issues of race, gender, sexuality & class within an oppressive power structure rather than purely focusing on internal experience.

I am experienced in providing support to survivors of unhealthy family systems  and relationships and exploring the individual challenges this can create.

I have a particular Interest in holistic health and body awareness as well as the physical aspects of trauma on the body. I am also qualified as a yoga, tai chi & specialist exercise instructor.
