I am a qualified counsellor working with adults in central Bath. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I am registered with BACP and work within their framework. My training in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling means that as well as working in the moment, I make use of theories that link our present day life with our past experiences. I have worked at BCPC for their Low Cost Service as well as at We Hear You in Frome.

Making the decision to come to counselling may seem daunting to you. You may have a specific issue you want to talk about or you may just have a feeling that something isn't right. However you are feeling, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and private space where we can explore any difficult feelings together. My initial consultation is a free 15 minute phone call during which we can get a sense of each other and talk about your reasons for seeking counselling and what you'd like to gain from it. I offer both short and long term counselling.
