I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice in Seaford, East Sussex. I welcome enquiries from individuals of 18 years old and over.

I offer regular, weekly psychotherapy in which I encourage purposeful, reflective dialogue for exploring present and past experience and its relationship to the choices we make. I work with the understanding that we are all affected, consciously and unconsciously, by the impact of our environment and events in the wider world.
