As a humanistic and integrative counsellor in training, I draw from a variety of approaches in order to find a way of working which best suits you as an individual. Together we will focus on what you want most from your counselling.

At the heart of my practice is a belief that you already hold within yourself the strength and resources needed to reach your full potential. However, there are times when it feels impossible to access or even believe in these resources. This is especially true if you are feeling anxious, depressed, suffering a loss, illness, or simply feeling stuck ,and this is where counselling can help.
