Humanistic/Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Supervision. 

 My aim is to support you in finding a deeper more solid sense of self, to find a different way of thinking and being that may be more positive, life- affirming and able to manage the negativity of destructive thoughts and feelings. Reflecting on issues that stop us from being happier, healthier and more content in relationship with ourselves and others.

 Examples of themes I have experience of working with include trauma related PTSD, Anxiety, Abuse, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Bereavement, Cancer, bad relationships, lack of self esteem, feeling stuck, uninspired and out of touch with the true self.

I also offer a supportive and integrative style of Supervision to both qualified Counsellors and Counselling Students. 

Having qualified in Supervision at CSTD (2020- 2022) I use the approach of Peter Hawkins Seven Eyed Model. Also from over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I can bring insights and help with difficult dynamics found in the work, as well as celebrate successes.

 My practice is based in Bath in a peaceful garden studio (unfortunately there are no toilet facilities available.)
