I'm a BACP registered counsellor offering in-person therapy to adults on a short or long-term basis in Central Bath.

I aim to offer you a space where you can feel safe and supported to explore any difficult thoughts or feelings you may be experiencing. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental, empathetic and compassionate.

I hold the strong convictions that significant and lasting change is possible at all stages of life and that, with the experience of being heard and understood at a deep level, we each can access within us the potential for self-discovery, healing and growth. In therapy we can discover new and beneficial ways of responding to ourselves and others and gain the necessary clarity to begin forging a path towards a more positive and rewarding life.

Initially I offer a 15 minute telephone consultation free of charge in order to answer any questions you may have and for you to see whether I would be a good fit for you.
