Hi, welcome to my profile. There are many reasons why people choose to seek support through Psychotherapy. Maybe you are struggling with a difficult circumstance in your life, or you have a feeling that something needs to change and you are not sure what.

I have a background in Experimental Psychology (PhD) and experience of working with clients through Charities, including recovery from addiction and living with depression/anxiety.

I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist-in-training, following the Ethics and Code of Conduct as set out by the UKCP. I receive regular supervision and ongoing training as set out by the UKCP.
