I believe that we all have the capacity to heal, grow and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves. Sometimes, though, life can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of where to turn. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and begin to find your way forward.

As an integrative and humanistic psychotherapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I won’t tell you who you should be or what you should do. Instead, I will work alongside you with warmth, empathy and curiosity, listening carefully to what you bring and helping you explore what feels important to you.
