A qualified psychotherapist and member of UKCP, I work in private practice. Five minutes walk from the centre of Bridport, I offer a free initial consultation in which we can discuss what you are looking for, and whether I’m the right person to help you. Sessions are weekly and last a fifty minute hour. Some reduced places are available.

With a background in the creative arts, I am open to exploring your issues and concerns in a variety of different ways. You may choose only to talk about the things that bring you to therapy, and I am happy to work with you that way. But sometimes other non-verbal approaches such as drawing or working with clay, can help access deeper feelings.
