Further Information

About My Practice

I work with individuals, couples, and small adult family groups who are experiencing personal or relationship difficulties.

I bring compassion, honesty, and creativity to the therapy process, supporting a deep exploration of your inner world and the ways you relate to yourself and others. I work with both long-standing emotional challenges and more recent difficulties, always with integrity and at a pace that feels appropriate for each client.

I see clients in my Bath Psychotherapy practice, providing a calm and confidential space for reflection and growth.

Over the course of my career, I have worked in a variety of mental health and therapeutic settings, including GP surgeries, eating disorders units, and other specialist services. I have supported individuals, couples and small adult family groups coping with emotional distress, depression, anxiety, loss, and other complex life challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I am a faculty member at BCPC, where I tutor 1st, 2nd and 3rd year psychotherapy students.

If you would like to arrange an initial meeting, please contact me by email.
