I am a BACP registered humanistic and integrative counsellor. I value you at the centre of our work, holding the belief that you hold the answers, however far away they may feel at times. I will work alongside you offering compassion, respect, empathy and valuing your uniqueness.

I work in a way where I am curious in how your past connects with your present; how your earliest relationships have shaped you and how you relate to yourself and others, and how through exploring this we can begin to make sense of where you are now.

We would meet at a regular time each week with space to discuss whatever you would like to bring. After an initial meeting where we decide if we are right to work together, I offer 12 sessions with the possibility of extending into longer term work.

I have counselled at the Swan Project in Bristol, and currently for Southside in Bath. I also run wellbeing sessions using movement and therapuetic techniques for with mothers with postnatal low mood/anxiety.

I am based in Bath, currently working via phone call or Zoom.
