As a psychotherapist at an advanced stage of my training  I offer affordable humanistic and integrative therapy.
 

At times in our lives we meet with problems.  As we struggle to make sense it can feel overwhelming and we may feel lost.  I offer you a safe and confidential space to explore any aspects from your life or yourself that you need to bring. I aim to create a warm and trusting relationship so that together we can reach a deeper understanding of your difficulties and find a way through.

I am a final year trainee on the MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at BCPC.  I have a background in education and publishing.
