psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer in supervision

I have been working as a psychotherapist for 35 years and a supervisor for 30 years. I also worked as a trainer of psychotherapy for many years with BCPC and still work as a trainer of supervisors through the Centre for Supervision and Team Development. I have a special interest in working interculturally and started the Asylum Profect which is now an independent charity called the Trauma Foundation South West. It provides free counselling and psychotherapy for refugees and asylum seekers. I am particularly interested in what it means to be white in a multicultural setting and explored this in a PhD thesis at the University of Bath. My book, Being White in the Helping Professions followed on from this.
