I work collaboratively with people of all ages and from all walks of life who happen to find themselves struggling, or perhaps just feel a bit stuck. I offer compassionate, confidential therapeutic support for clients with a broad range of issues – from bereavement and loss to big life changes or relationship difficulties. My style is warm, relational, supportive and direct. 

As an integrative therapist, my approach is informed by a number of different psychological theories, however I am naturally drawn to working holistically, helping clients understand how their past experiences influence current relationships and shape present day choices and assumptions. I endeavour to help clients untangle those threads that hold them back and explore more positive ways of understanding the world and create a life in which they can flourish.

Before training as a therapist, I worked as a magazine journalist for many years, and also in the art world. I am fully registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy as a Clinical Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and I also  have a post-qualification diploma (L7) in working with children and young people aged 5–18. I am currently in my fifth year of training in Jungian analytical psychology with the Independent Group of Analytic Psychologists (IGAP) and have a strong interest in working creatively and in depth.

My practice is based in The Therapy Rooms, Chippenham, a suite of calm, private therapeutic spaces located on the top floor of a Victorian building just a short distance from Chippenham town centre. I also have a private consulting room near Malmesbury 

My fees start at £60 for a 50-minute session; initial assessment £60

Individual: 50-minute session £60+
