I offer a space that is uniquely yours to explore areas of life you are finding problematic and to understand, with you, how past history might be re-presenting itself in present situations.  I also work with couples - marriage/partnerships/siblings/friends/family members - who want to explore how to improve their relationship or need perspective to move beyond a stuck or conflictual dynamic.

I work humanistically and integratively, meaning I draw from a wide range of approaches to enable our psychotherapeutic relationship to be one that is most applicable to you.  We are all individuals and our histories make us unique.  I work long term, weekly and am interested in you, whatever your background.   I have worked for a charity specialising in trauma, and also have a particular interest in neuro-divergence.  For you to be properly heard and understood is the basis for the work we do.  I work from my own room in central Bath.
