UPDATE Autumn 2020:
As well as sessions currently ONLINE I offer sessions OUTDOORS ;
I believe the natural environment can offer us so much as the space for therapeutic work. Currently it also offers a COVID safe meeting place.
I am currently also really enjoying offering sessions in FINNISH online; as most encounters now take place online the geographical limitations of 'where we are based' have disappeared.
I believe we all have the ability to find our way through difficult times in life, but that at times we get stuck and lost. At these times therapy can support you to explore what is going on, and how to move forward. At times therapy/counselling can be short term focusing on a particular current issue. At other times therapy involves taking a longer time to focus deeply on your internal patterns of behaviour/ feelings in order to understand yourself better, and through this find ways for change.
I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and cultures. At the root of my work lies my interest in how we get shaped by our relationships, surroundings and life events into the beings that we are.
