I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist. My integrative approach means I believe in the uniqueness of each person, and in working together with you, I draw on different theory, rather than ‘one size fits all’. 

 

My experience extends to bodywork, trauma, addiction, depression, isolation, bereavement, anxiety, loss and change. 

 

I offer you a safe, confidential space, and a non-judgmental ear to explore all aspects of self so you can move towards a life that fits.

There are many reasons for seeking therapy, and I understand it can feel like a very daunting step. I hope to offer you the safety to feel seen and heard from what can often feel like a painfully lonely, isolating, unreachable place. Together, I believe we can make the unbearable feel manageable, instilling hope and restoring sight.

Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I hope to meet you there and help shine a light on any issues and feelings that effect your fullness of life. Together we can sift through the pieces and navigate towards an existence that fits.
