Psychotherapy deals with current problems.

I aim to create a safe, confidential space in which we can freely explore your concerns and feelings. I feel it is important I get to know you as fully as possible. Our relationship, therefore, is fundamental to this and I offer an initial session for us to meet to see if we feel we would like to work together.

I also offer couples therapy, for which I charge £80 per session.
